Observing a Meeting

During a meeting, you can view:

• A presentation, such a shared screen, slides, or a drawing on the whiteboard.
• Meeting information, such as who else is in the meeting and which files are available for the meeting.
• Web pages that the chair sends.
• Poll responses that the chair shares.
