Using PermissionsWhen you are granted permissions, you can then present content during a meeting. When the chair creates a meeting, they decide whether or not everyone has permission to present. However, the chair can grant and revoke permissions during the meeting. For example, at the beginning of a meeting all participants may have permissions to present, but the chair can revoke permissions during the meeting. In addition, the system administrator can specify that those joining a meeting from a particular server are not allowed to sharing their screen or to control someone else's screen. Note The administrator determines what permission to edit/share allows you to do. For example, the administrator can disable the ability to control the screen or use a whiteboard. Viewing Your PermissionsAfter you attend a meeting, the bottom of the Participant list displays whether you have permission to present.
