How Do I Fit the Shared Screen into the Meeting Room Screen?

Sometimes when a presenter is sharing a screen, the shared screen doesn't fit into the Meeting Room projector, so you have to use the scroll bars to see all the content. To fit the entire presenter's shared screen into the Meeting Room projector, follow these steps:

1. Click the Fit to Screen icon .
2. To return the screen to its original mode, click the Original Size icon .
