  • If your browser is set to block pop-ups (new browser windows that automatically open, for example, to display advertisements), some Meeting Room functionality may be prevented from working. As a result, it is best to turn off pop--up-blockers while working with meetings. For example, in Internet Explorer, click Tools - Pop-up-Blocker - Turn Off Pop-up Blocker to allow pop ups to appear. For Firefox®, click Tools - Options and then click Content Features. Check the Block Popup Windows, this will allow you to add exceptions. You may have also have a product installed that blocks pop-up windows (such as Google Toolbar). If so, see that product's documentation for information on allowing pop-ups for a particular Web site. Once you allow pop-ups for the server that runs your meetings, you will have access to all meeting room functionality.
