Attending and Participating in Meetings

Participants contribute to meetings in several ways. For example, they can watch as the current presenter presents a file on the Slides tab, then switches to the whiteboard to draw with the annotation tools, and then switches back to the file they were presenting. Participants can also respond to polls and contribute to the conversation through chat, computer audio, or a telephone conference call, if any of those capabilities are available.

Attending a Meeting

The way you attend a meeting depends on the type of meeting and the available options for the meeting. You can:

  • Attend a Scheduled Meeting: You can attend a scheduled meeting from the Meeting Center or a link from your calendar.
  • Attend a Breakout session: You can attend a Breakout session when you start a breakout session from inside another meeting or when you are invited to join one.
