Working with Breakout Sessions

Sometimes, a group of meeting participants may want to break away from the main meeting to meet separately for a time, and then return to the main meeting. This is a breakout session. For example, during a project review meeting, the budget project leader might start a breakout session with her department members to brainstorm about a budget issue that came up during the main project meeting. Once the issue is resolved, the breakout session would end and the participants would return to the main meeting.

You can start a breakout session by choosing Actions - New Breakout session from the main menu in the Meeting Room or, in a private chat window , choose this menu command or click the New Breakout Action bar icon.
