How Do I Pass Control of my Shared Screen to another Participant?

- In the participants list, choose Presenters from the Show list to see who has permission to present. If the participant does not have permission to present, then you must grant permission.
- Click Allow Control
in the Sharing Tools palette. Anyone who has permission to present can now control the shared screen.
- Inform potential presenters to click Take Control
in the screen sharing toolbar to control the screen.
- While others have control, Reclaim Control
displays instead of Allow Control. You can click Reclaim Control to regain control of the shared screen at any time.
When someone is sharing their screen, that person's availability icon in the participants list changes.
Note The system administrator determines if passing control of the shared screen is allowed at your site.
