Drawing using the AnnotationToolsTo use the blank whiteboard, a current presenter clicks the whiteboard tab in the Projector toolbar. Anyone with permission to present can draw on the blank whiteboard during a meeting. Participants in a meeting might want to do this, for example, during a brainstorming session. The table below presents ideas for drawing on the whiteboard. You can use the annotation tools to create anything you can create with a piece of paper and a pen.
For more information about the annotation tools, see Drawing on the Whiteboard and slides and Entering Text. Changing the Attributes of AnnotationsAfter you have drawn shapes and lines and entered text in your presentation, you can customize the appearance or change the location of the shapes and text on the whiteboard. For example, you can change the color of text, lines, and shapes on the whiteboard, or you can move a shape to another location. Saving the FileIf you want to save the drawings you have added to the whiteboard, ask the chair to save the file. (Only the chair can save a whiteboard file.) Meeting participants can view the file on the Meeting Details page. |
