Using the Annotation Tools on the Whiteboard or for Slides

To use the annotation tools on the whiteboard or to annotate a file on the Slides tab, you must have permission to present. To make sure that you have permission to present, you should be able to see the Start Presenting and Add Slides buttons. "You have all permissions" should also appear at the bottom of the participants list. You might need to ask the chair to give you permission to present.

After you have permission to present, you can use the annotation tools. See the following procedures:
