How Do I Share My Screen?

1. If you see a Stop Presenting button, you are a current presenter, so go to step 5.
2. Make sure that you have permission to present. You should see the Start Presenting and Add Slides buttons. You might need to ask the chair to give you permission to present.
3. Make sure that any programs that you want to share are open.
4. Click Start Presenting to become a current presenter.
5. Click the Screen Sharing tab, and click Start Sharing.
6. Choose a screen-sharing method:
• The entire screen
• A resizable rectangular frame
• A currently running application

All open applications are listed.

Note Your system administrator determines which sharing methods are allowed at your site.

7. Click OK.
